According to the announcement of the Ministry of Public Security , in 2025, the People's Police academies and schools will be assigned by the Ministry of Public Security to enroll more than 2,300 students.

Among the 8 schools and academies of the public security sector, the People's Security Academy has the largest enrollment quota with 540, followed by the People's Police Academy with 530, the People's Police University with 420, the People's Security University with 260, the People's Police University of Engineering and Logistics with 250, the Fire Prevention and Fighting University with 200, and the People's Police Political Academy with 100. The International Academy with the smallest enrollment quota is 50.

Regarding the enrollment zoning, nationwide enrollment for the People's Public Security Political Academy, Fire Prevention and Fighting University, International Academy and the Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention major of the People's Public Security Academy; the Information Technology major (cooperative training with the University of Information and Communications Technology, Hanoi University of Science and Technology) of the People's Public Security Academy; the Medicine major of the People's Public Security University of Engineering and Logistics sent for training at the Military Medical Academy, Ministry of National Defense .

Schools that only enroll students in the Northern region include the People's Police Academy and the Security professional group of the People's Security Academy. Students enroll in the Southern region for the People's Security University and the People's Police University.

This year, the Ministry of Public Security has made some adjustments to the enrollment plan such as eliminating direct enrollment based on international language certificates, doubling the enrollment combinations from 7 to 15, and adjusting the assessment test to match the new 2018 general education program./.
