Tuyen Quang inaugurated a "mineral treatment" hospital worth over 200 billion

On the morning of April 19, along with many localities across the country, Tuyen Quang province solemnly held the inauguration ceremony of My Lam Mineral Spring Hospital in My Lam ward - Tuyen Quang city.

The mineral spring hospital project is one of 80 projects started and inaugurated on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of national reunification, broadcast live on national television and connected online to 79 points in 34 localities.

My Lam Mineral Spring Hospital is invested by Tuyen Quang Provincial Department of Health, with a total investment of 208 billion VND from the central budget, local budget and other legal sources. The mineral spring hospital project has a scale of 200 beds, including main items such as a block of departments from 2 to 3 floors high.

The project investor representative said that the project started at the end of 2022 and after more than 2 years of construction, the project has basically been completed. The main items of the project have been completed, and the hospital's modern equipment has also been invested in a corresponding scale.

My Lam Mineral Spring Hospital is the only medical facility in Tuyen Quang that treats diseases related to bones and joints, dermatology, respiratory and cardiovascular diseases, and is recommended to use “mineral therapy” (treatment with natural minerals) over traditional treatment methods. At the same time, many new treatment methods will be applied to bring high treatment efficiency.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Son, Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee affirmed that the inauguration of My Lam Mineral Spring Hospital on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of national reunification has great significance. With modern equipment and a team of excellent doctors, the hospital will help reduce the burden on upper-level hospitals, contributing to the overall achievements of the whole country in the effort to improve the quality of medical services, serve the health care of the people, and build a strong Vietnam, rich people, strong country, democracy, fairness, and civilization.

Also on this occasion, after cutting the ribbon to inaugurate My Lam Mineral Spring Hospital, delegates visited the treatment areas and gave gifts to patients being treated at the hospital.
