Vietnam women's futsal team beat Japan in friendly match

As reported, the Vietnamese women's futsal team under the leadership of coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang has arrived in Japan for training to prepare for the 2025 Asian Women's Futsal Championship.

According to the plan, the Vietnamese women's futsal team will play two friendly matches with FC Fugador Sumiga Ladies (Japan) on April 23 and the Japanese women's futsal team on April 25.

Notably, in the first friendly match taking place on the evening of April 23 (Vietnam time), the Vietnamese women's futsal team had an extremely favorable start.

This is also a futsal team that is considered to have quite good professional skills in the Japanese Women's National Futsal Championship.

However, in the 2nd minute, the Vietnamese women's futsal team opened the score 1-0 against Fugador Sumiga Ladies, thanks to Thanh Ngan's accurate goal.

With the advantage, Coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang's students played more confidently and freely attacked. The result came in the 10th minute, Thanh Ngan continued to shine.

In fact, if they had taken advantage of some of their opportunities more effectively, the Vietnamese women's futsal team could have won by a bigger margin than the 2-0 result against Fugador Sumiga Ladies.

Although there are still some points that need to be adjusted, the head coach of the Vietnamese women's futsal team affirmed that the coaching staff is satisfied with the performance of the whole team in this first friendly match.

According to the plan, coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang and his team will have 2 days to prepare for the next friendly match with the Japanese women's futsal team on April 25.

After finishing the training session, the Vietnamese women's futsal team will go to Hohhot (Inner Mongolia, China) on May 1, to have a final friendly match with the Chinese women's futsal team (May 3) before officially entering the 2025 Asian Women's Futsal Finals.
