The road connecting Nguyen Van Cu street to the end of the resettlement area of Ngoc Thuy ward (Long Bien district, Hanoi) contributes to completing the general planning of Long Bien district and the traffic network and technical infrastructure of the area; connecting Dong Tru bridge with Vinh Tuy bridge, Thanh Tri and Hanoi - Hai Phong highway.
Speaking to Tin Tuc newspaper reporters, a representative of the Long Bien District Construction Investment Project Management Board said that overcoming difficulties after the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on site clearance... the 40m wide road project connecting Nguyen Van Cu street to the end of the resettlement area of Ngoc Thuy ward has reached the finish line, practically celebrating the 70th anniversary of the liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024).

The route is about 1.52 km long, starting at the intersection with Nguyen Van Cu street, ending at the intersection with the dike corridor road at lane 264 Ngoc Thuy.
The road is 40 meters wide, with 6 lanes.
Total investment in project construction is 1,221 billion VND.
Signs, traffic lights, paint lines... are completed.
Road systems, sidewalks, trees, lighting, water supply, drainage, telecommunications, electricity... are synchronized according to the plan.
Site clearance costs account for more than two-thirds of the total project investment.
Long Bien District People's Committee has arranged resettlement for 261 households.
The project has restored the Hanoi - Lang Son railway bridge, with a soft arch rigid girder structure with a span of L=41.6m.
The overpass directly connecting Co Linh Street (crossing Nguyen Van Cu Street) is designed with steel and reinforced concrete materials.
Started in November 2018, after nearly 6 years of construction, the project has been completed and is waiting for the opening day.
According to locals, real estate prices along the route are skyrocketing.
The street frontage location records a price of 400 million VND/1 m2.
This is the main route connecting Dong Tru bridge with Vinh Tuy bridge.
