The teams actively responded to the "Small Plan" movement with specific activities that educated children on the spirit of thrift and community awareness; many programs on life skills, prevention of accidents and injuries and school violence also received positive responses from a large number of children, thereby building a safe and friendly school environment; extracurricular activities, many young projects and tasks really left their mark and met the needs of safe and healthy learning and playing for children...

Speaking at the Congress, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council praised the outstanding achievements that Quang Binh children have achieved in the emulation movement "Quang Binh children follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings", and emphasized the attention of the Party, State and province to the work of protecting, caring for and educating children, especially in remote areas. Affirming that they are the successor force, the future owners of the country, he suggested that in the period of promoting industrialization, modernization, digital transformation and deep international integration, children need to continue to make efforts to study, practice morality, live with ideals, actively absorb the quintessence of science and technology, promote the title of Uncle Ho's Good Children, become "little soldiers" on the knowledge front, contributing to building the homeland of Quang Binh to develop more and more.
