Commending 178 excellent preschool teachers at Ha Tinh province level

On the afternoon of April 4, the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh organized the summary of the Provincial Competition for Excellent Preschool Teachers for the 2024-2025 school year. Attending the program were leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

The Provincial Competition for Excellent Preschool Teachers for the 2024-2025 school year was held from March 10 to March 28, 2025 with the participation of 204 outstanding teachers, representing nearly 6,000 teachers from preschools across the province.

According to regulations, teachers must pass two exams: reporting on measures to improve the quality of child care and education and a practical exam to organize an educational activity. Each exam round has its own requirements and challenges, requiring teachers to be truly dedicated, intelligent, courageous and innovative.

In the method competition, the jury selected 185 candidates to participate in the practical competition. Based on the results of the competitions, the Director of the Department of Education and Training issued a decision to recognize 178 teachers as excellent preschool teachers at the provincial level. Of which, there were 9 first prizes, 45 second prizes, 59 third prizes and 65 consolation prizes.

The Departments of Education and Training have teachers participating in the contest with a high percentage of winning prizes such as: Nghi Xuan, Vu Quang, Can Loc, Thach Ha, Huong Son.

According to the evaluation of the Jury, the quality of the teachers participating in this competition is quite even. Most of them have a gentle, calm, confident demeanor, are close to children, and know how to create emotions through attractive situations to attract children to educational activities. With the viewpoint of "Child-centered education", the method of "learning through play, playing while learning" has helped children develop positivity and creativity in experiential activities, actively interacting with teachers and friends.

Many teachers have been proactive in applying advanced methods (STEAM, STEM, MONTESSORI, REGGIO...) effectively. The preparation, exploitation and use of teaching aids and materials by the majority of teachers participating in the contest have many innovations and creativity...

The contest is also a meaningful professional activity, contributing to promoting emulation movements in teaching and learning in schools, and is a basis for schools to evaluate the current situation of the teaching staff. Thereby, building a training plan, fostering and improving the professional qualifications of teachers, meeting the requirements of educational innovation.
