In recent years, trade unions at all levels in Binh Phuoc province have concretized the emulation content launched by all levels to be close to reality; well implemented the evaluation, classification and timely commendation and reward of advanced models. In particular, focusing on building advanced models such as direct production workers, trade union officials, etc.

In the process of implementing emulation movements, many examples of cadres and union members have emerged who have actively and exemplaryly fulfilled their assigned tasks. Notably, the organization has launched and effectively implemented emulation movements: "Good worker, creative worker", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene", "Good at public work, good at housework"... among workers in various fields.

Promoting the fine traditions of the working class and the Vietnamese trade union organization in patriotic emulation movements, focusing on the movement "Good workers, creative workers", in the period of 2025-2030, the Dong Xoai - Dong Phu Industrial Park Trade Union strives for 100% of emulation movements to be actively responded to by grassroots trade unions, union members and workers, and to replicate advanced models.

At the conference, the Dong Xoai - Dong Phu Industrial Park Trade Union commended and rewarded 13 collectives and 125 typical and advanced individuals in the affiliated grassroots trade unions.
