The Vietnamese women's volleyball team easily won 3-0 against Taiwan (China), ranked first in Group F, and met an easy opponent in the semi-finals of the AVC Challenge Cup 2023.
Compared to the previous 3 matches, Taiwan (China) was considered a strong opponent that could cause many difficulties for the Vietnamese women's volleyball team, but in reality, that did not happen.
Unlike the Asian Women's Club Championship held in Vinh Phuc, Taiwan participated in the AVC Challenge Cup 2023 without the services of two Brazilian foreign players, so their attacking power was greatly reduced.

On the contrary, the Vietnamese team continued to dominate the game with a relaxed spirit. In addition to Thanh Thuy still showing her usual excellent performance, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet also created a diverse playing style for the team throughout the tournament.
The ball in Lam Oanh's hand was sent to many positions on the field, from the 4th sideline where Thanh Thuy and Tu Linh were always ready to "shoot", to position number 2 and behind the 3m line where Kieu Trinh was always ready with the strongest "firepower".
