On October 4th, the Da Nang Department of Health announced the recruitment of 142 doctors as part of a policy to attract doctors to work at 17 public health facilities.
These include the Forensic Center, the Emergency Center, the Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, the Lung Hospital, the Psychiatric Hospital, and the Health Centers of Hoa Vang, Lien Chieu, Thanh Khe, Ngu Hanh Son, Cam Le, Hai Chau, and Son Tra districts…

The deadline for submitting applications is October 31st. Eligible applicants include doctors with a PhD or Level 2 specialist degree, no older than 50; resident doctors, masters degree holders, or Level 1 specialist doctors, no older than 40; and general practitioners, no older than 30.
The city will implement a one-time subsidy scheme for those eligible for the talent attraction program.
The salary structure is as follows: PhD holders receive 200 times the base salary, Level 2 specialists receive 180 times the base salary, resident doctors receive 150 times the base salary, and masters and Level 1 specialists receive 120 times the base salary.
Excellent general practitioners receive 100 times the base salary, good general practitioners receive 80 times the base salary, and average general practitioners receive 50 times the base salary.
Doctors are assigned to positions that match their training and specialization, in a favorable working environment to develop their abilities, and are considered for promotion to leadership and management positions.
Applicants must commit to working long-term at public healthcare facilities in Da Nang City for 5 years or more.
During the committed period, employees must comply with work assignments and secondments as stipulated. In case of breach of contract, they must reimburse the support costs.
