At the final night on August 24, Tuong San made the audience "burst" when she appeared in the Top 12, Top 6, Top 3 and won the 2nd runner-up position. Tuong San is noted to have surpassed her "senior" Huong Giang in the number of subsidiary awards. In 2018, Huong Giang was crowned Miss International Transgender, winning the subsidiary awards of Miss Media and Miss Talent.

At Miss International Queen 2024, in addition to the 2nd runner-up position, Nguyen Tuong San also won 4 subsidiary awards including Best National Costume, Photogenic, Best Semi-Final Performance, and Most Beautiful Skin.

Tuong San is the first contestant to enter the Top 12 before the final night thanks to winning the Best Semi-Final Performance category.

Before entering the Miss International Queen 2024 pageant, Tuong San confided: "This pageant is a dream for me, a milestone that determines whether my life will change in the future or not. I don't dare say anything in advance, but I always hope that I will reach the highest position.

In the behavioral question in the Top 3, Tuong San was asked about the big motivation that motivated her to want to become Miss International Queen 2024.

The transgender beauty answered in Vietnamese: "The big motivation for me to want to become Miss International Queen 2024 is to make this world better and more equal. Today, standing here, I have dreamed of this dream for 6 years.

And that is the motivation for me to be in the Top 3 and make history for Vietnam. If I win, I want to focus on education and technology. That is what I think is very important for the world."

After Huong Giang, Tuong San is the second transgender beauty of Vietnam to have impressive achievements at the Miss International Queen pageant and leave a mark on the world's media and fans.

The Miss International Queen 2024 pageant had the participation of 23 contestants. In the final result, the Miss crown belonged to the Peruvian beauty - Catalina Marsano. The first runner-up belonged to the Thai beauty - Saruda Panyakham and Nguyen Tuong San (Vietnam) won the second runner-up position.
