Why the US Wants to Allow Ukraine to Attack Deep into Russian Territory The US Forgot to Map Military Bases on Combat Vehicles Sent to Ukraine; No One Needs Nuclear Conflict

German general warns of threat in Ukraine

The above comment was made by General Harald Kujat, former Chairman of the NATO Military Committee, in an interview with the German newspaper Neuen Osnabrücker Zeitung.

If long-range weapons are transferred, Ukraine’s ability to strike targets vital to Russia will increase , and this move will risk expanding the war ,” Kujat stressed.

Crossing extreme lines could reach a point of no return as conflicts escalate, and Western countries should tread carefully, the expert added.

US reveals plans for conflict with Russia

Former CIA expert Larry Johnson said in an interview with the YouTube channel Dialogue Works that the White House's current plan is to protect Ukraine from defeat before the US presidential election on November 5.

The United States is trying to protect Ukraine from defeat until early November, because the Democrats do not want another total military defeat ,” Mr. Johnson said.

At the same time, Mr. Johnson believes, this is why the US is thinking about allowing the Ukrainian armed forces to use long-range weapons on Russian territory.

The Biden administration is willing to escalate just to stay in power ,” the former CIA officer stressed.

Previously, major powers continued to reject Ukraine's request for long-range missiles on Russian territory.

British Foreign Secretary Keir Starmer has had productive discussions with President Biden on Ukraine but has not made any decision on allowing Ukraine to fire long-range missiles at Russia.

The US and UK have so far refused to give Ukraine permission to use long-range missiles against targets inside Russia, fearing an escalation of the conflict. However, President Zelensky has repeatedly called on Western allies to allow their use, arguing that it is the only way to end the conflict.

On the German side, Chancellor Scholz said that the transfer of Taurus cruise missiles to Kiev would greatly escalate the conflict in Ukraine. The Taurus cruise missile has a range of about 500 km, allowing Ukraine to attack targets in Moscow.

I said no and of course that applies to other weapons as well ,” Mr. Scholz said. The leader said that decision would not change even if other countries decided differently.

The German chancellor made the statement after President Biden hinted that Washington could lift restrictions on Ukraine's use of long-range Western weapons to strike sites inside Russia.

Russian guided missile destroys Ukrainian rocket launcher in Sumy

The Russian Defense Ministry announced that it had just destroyed an RM-70 Vampire multiple launch rocket system of the Ukrainian armed forces in Sumy near Kursk.

According to information released by the Russian Ministry of Defense, airborne reconnaissance groups of the Northern Army Group, while using UAVs in Sumy, discovered the crew of the RM-70 Vampire Ukrainian artillery hiding inside a grove of trees and launching many missiles.

After analyzing the data collected by the UAV, Russian commanding officers decided to use Krasnopol guided munitions to destroy enemy military equipment.

Ukraine has not commented on the above information.

RM-70 Vampire is a multiple rocket launcher upgraded by the military company Excalibur Army based on the RM-70 artillery system from the Czechoslovak era and put into service in the Czech Republic army since 2016. The vehicle weighs 25.89 tons; 9.97m long; 2.5m wide; 2.7m high. The vehicle's combat crew has 4 people.

The RM-70 uses a 122mm rocket weighing 66.35kg, with a warhead weighing 18.5kg, and a maximum range of 20km. In order to diversify the combat capabilities of the RM-70, the Czech military has manufactured for this weapon a number of rockets containing incendiary substances or capable of spreading anti-tank and anti-personnel mines.
