The Youth Program of Tay Bac University is proud to firmly believe in the Party.

At the program, the school's members reviewed the glorious tradition of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union over 94 years of establishment and development. The Northwestern University Youth Union awarded 12 scholarships to members with difficult circumstances and high achievements in study and training.

On this occasion, the School Youth Union awarded certificates of merit to 18 groups and 69 individuals with outstanding achievements in Youth Month 2025; awarded 12 scholarships (worth 500,000 VND/scholarship) to union members in difficult circumstances who achieved high academic achievements; awarded 10 gifts (worth 600,000 VND/scholarship) to households in difficult circumstances in Dun village, Chieng Ngan commune, Son La city.
