Accordingly, the Youth Union at all levels focuses on promoting the dissemination of the Party and State's policies and guidelines on tourism development, environmental protection, etc. through the Youth Union's communication channels, social networks, and Youth Union meetings. Encourage Youth Union bases to be creative in ways to reduce waste, conduct propaganda and promotional activities, and design check-in points to promote sea tourism.

At the same time, establish youth volunteer teams to participate in environmental protection. Organize peak campaigns to clean the sea at tourist attractions.

On this occasion, the Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union also launched an electronic sea tourism guide introducing the beaches in the province.
