With their youth, enthusiasm, pioneering spirit and quick adaptability, young people are capable of approaching digital transformation and applying information technology in all fields. In recent times, Ha Tinh youth have actively promoted their pioneering role in digital transformation, contributing to building civilized, modern, integrated and developed localities, agencies and units.
In that general movement, the Youth Union of the Department of Information and Communications and I myself regularly train and provide basic knowledge about digital transformation; information security in the digital age; fraud prevention and refuting bad and toxic information on cyberspace... for the Youth Union and the people.
However, in reality, to further promote the pioneering role of young people in implementing digital transformation activities, there are still many challenges. The reason is that the facilities and infrastructure serving the digital transformation process are not yet similar, many systems of machinery and information technology equipment are not yet synchronized, and have not been upgraded regularly; some remote areas have not yet been able to fully cover the high-speed internet network, leading to limited access to information technology and digital transformation for a part of the population and young people. In addition, the recruitment of human resources in general and the attraction of highly qualified human resources in information technology have not met practical requirements...
Hopefully, the province will have policies and solutions to improve digital capacity for young people, support young people in the context of strong digital transformation; continue to have mechanisms and solutions to train and attract human resources to serve digital transformation, and improve the quality of young human resources in the future.

Being involved in the youth movement, I personally see that the team of Youth Union, Association and Team cadres from the provincial to the grassroots level is increasingly standardized, improving their professional quality, meeting the requirements of the task. However, cadres doing Youth Union work also have their own characteristics, requiring certain appropriate standards and requirements. Specifically, such as the ability to mobilize youth, enthusiasm, pioneering spirit, not afraid of difficulties, hardships, ready to sacrifice and contribute... The team of Youth Union cadres also fluctuates frequently due to regulations on age limits, leading to a shortage of cadres in specialized Youth Union agencies at all levels.
In addition, the team of teachers working as team leaders in schools is also facing many difficulties. The number of teachers working as team leaders has basically been working for many years, many of them have been team leaders for more than the time limit prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training, but it is very difficult to arrange for them to mature and do management work, some teachers are too old or due to health reasons cannot undertake the tasks.
From that reality, I personally hope that the provincial leaders, departments and branches will have solutions to attract, appropriate recruitment mechanisms, and select cadres to do Youth Union work that meet practical requirements; at the same time, there will be orientations to solve and arrange suitable human resources, ensuring age and expertise to arrange teachers to be team leaders at schools, promoting the work of the Youth Union, Teams and youth movement in the province to grow more and more.

As a young person who has started and is starting a business in my hometown, I have some wishes and recommendations to send to the provincial authorities and departments. First is the difficulty in capital sources, this is the most important issue for young people starting a business. Currently, accessing capital for young people is difficult with many obstacles. There needs to be solutions to meet the capital needs of young people starting a business, it is necessary to have diverse capital sources and easy access to young people.
The next issue I want to mention is the application of technology in production and consumption of products. Currently, many youth economic models have products that meet 3-star and 4-star OCOP standards, but in reality, most of them are agricultural and agricultural products, which are difficult to consume and are mainly sold through conventional sales channels, and cannot reach far. Therefore, I hope that the Provincial People's Committee, departments and branches have solutions to stimulate demand and orient to support young people in applying science and technology, digital transformation in production as well as promoting and consuming products of youth economic models.
