In order to promote and encourage youth union members and children to participate in positive and meaningful trends on the Internet, the Provincial Youth Union has launched the challenge "30 days to change yourself". By participating in the challenge, youth union members and children will build a healthy lifestyle, aiming to raise public awareness, contributing to spreading positive energy to the whole society.

These days, social media platforms are flooded with hashtags: #tinhdoanphutho, #traoluu2024, #30ngaythaydoibanthan posted by Dat To Youth, implementing the challenge "30 days to change yourself". The challenge will be implemented from October 21, 2024 to the end of the year. Accordingly, 100% of full-time Youth Union officials will participate, each Youth Union will mobilize at least 3 Youth Union members to participate to create a spread through posting clips and images on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo... carrying messages to spread and transmit positive energy in life revolving around topics such as: Training, exercise, physical training, sports; sharing habits, secrets, training methods to help improve health...

Children's Football Tournament for the 2024-2025 school year is organized by Hung Lo Commune Youth Union in coordination with Hung Lo Primary School.

Carrying out the challenge of "30 days of self-change", every afternoon after work, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hoang, a member of the Youth Union of the Government Agencies of Ha Hoa district, spends at least 1 hour jogging. Mr. Hoang said that he used to be very lazy to exercise due to the busy nature of his job, but since jogging regularly every day, in addition to bringing health benefits such as improving the musculoskeletal system, good for the heart and respiratory system, jogging also helps him practice perseverance, determination, and discipline. To spread the movement, Mr. Hoang and his colleagues formed a jogging group to relieve stress and fatigue, making the soul light and relaxed, thereby increasing labor productivity, working more effectively and enthusiastically.

Implementing the program of accompanying youth and children in developing social skills, improving physical fitness, and spiritual and cultural life, Hung Lo Commune Youth Union, Viet Tri City coordinated with Hung Lo Primary School to organize the Children's Football Tournament for the 2024-2025 school year. The teams competed with enthusiasm, giving the audience good plays and beautiful goals, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, attracting a large number of spectators to cheer. The Children's Football Tournament was organized to promote the emulation movement to practice health; improve physical fitness, create a joyful and exciting atmosphere of solidarity, help students exchange and learn, thereby encouraging them to strive to excel in their studies.

In the mountainous district of Yen Lap, many young union members participating in the challenge have chosen different sports to practice such as: Soccer, badminton, tennis, volleyball... Participating in sports creates a basis for young union members to exchange and compete to improve their health and improve the quality of activities as well as the work of the Union at the grassroots level. Comrade Vu Dinh Ngoc - Secretary of the Yen Lap District Union said: Sports activities have received the participation and response of a large number of young union members, thereby the Union bases have also taken advantage of the opportunity to do a good job of gathering young people in their localities, strengthening solidarity among young union members. At the same time, select outstanding individuals to participate in provincial-level tournaments such as: Phu Dong Sports Festival, cross-country races, other grassroots sports tournaments...

The enthusiasm and eagerness of the youth has attracted the attention and active participation of a large number of people, widely spreading sports activities, promoting the campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho".
