Compete to carry out projects and tasks to welcome Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; Contribute to the successful implementation of the national target programs on sustainable poverty reduction for the period 2021-2025 and the national target program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2030 (phase I from 2021 to 2025). The national youth project is implemented from now until October 31, 2025.
