The draft Political Report of the Congress proposed the following titles: Strongly innovate leadership methods, build a clean and strong Party organization; promote the strength of ethnic solidarity; mobilize the participation of the entire political system, effectively use resources, create breakthroughs in socio-economic development; ensure national defense and security; strive to build Tuan Giao district into a large-scale concentrated agricultural production area and meet new rural standards by 2030.
With a high sense of responsibility, the delegates assessed that the draft report had a reasonable, scientific, and coherent structure; the topics closely followed the goals and vision of the district. With their enthusiasm and experience, the delegates, who were former leaders of the district, contributed many valuable and dedicated opinions to supplement and perfect the draft document. In particular, focusing on the implementation results in various fields, shortcomings, limitations, lessons learned; content on goals, directions, breakthroughs, tasks and key solutions for the new term.
The draft Political Report sets out 26 specific goals and targets, 4 breakthrough tasks, key tasks and 9 main solutions to implement the tasks for the 2025-2030 term./.
