This is a special, annual tourism event of Ninh Binh province. It is also one of the attractive and meaningful activities in the series of events responding to the 10th Anniversary of Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex being recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage (2014-2024).
On the evening of June 1, Ninh Binh held the opening ceremony of Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2024 with many unique art performances.
Mr. Tran Song Tung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2024 emphasized: "The "Golden Color of Tam Coc - Trang An" Tourism Week is an important tourism event, contributing to promoting, advertising and introducing Ninh Binh tourism products and services to domestic and international tourists".
Mr. Tung also emphasized and affirmed that Ninh Binh is a unique, safe, friendly, quality and attractive destination.
Attending the opening ceremony were leaders of Ninh Binh province and a large number of people and tourists.
Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2024 takes place with many cultural and artistic activities and unique tourism products from June 1 to June 8, 2024.
Accordingly, visitors will be able to visit and experience many unique cultural and religious activities and enjoy unique cultural and artistic programs, admire artistic rice fields, experience wet rice cultivation; perform and display traditional handicraft products, OCOP products; Tam Coc Golden Season photo tour; survey program, introduce Ninh Binh tourism products, art photo exhibitions, etc.

Opening Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2024 is the Tam Coc-Trang An Golden Festival Program.
The highlight of the Tam Coc-Trang An Golden Festival is the procession on the river with the participation of 63 boats carrying typical products from regions across the country as offerings to the God of Agriculture, while honoring the beauty of farming of farmers in the Northern Delta in general and Ninh Binh people in particular.
Tam Coc was once voted by international travel site Business Insider as one of the 5 most beautiful rice fields in Vietnam.
The most impressive and attractive time is at the end of May and the beginning of June every year when the shimmering yellow color and fragrant scent of the ripe rice fields are like a brilliant golden silk carpet winding along the poetic Ngo Dong River, next to the mountain ranges of thousands of shapes and sizes and the vegetation full of vitality, creating a captivating picture.
