Career counseling, job introduction for students and workers

Enterprises provide consulting and job introduction services for students of Tan Trao University and workers in the province.

At the festival, more than 2,500 students of Tan Trao University and workers in the province were recruited by 31 units, universities, vocational training facilities and businesses with demand for jobs and vocational training with over 5,000 job and vocational training positions in many different fields and professions such as: technology, food processing, garment, leather shoes, wood processing, labor export...

At the festival, students and workers were also consulted on soft skills and provided with useful information about the labor market and current social needs. Through the festival, many new opportunities were opened for both workers and businesses, thereby contributing to solving the problem of employment for local workers, while providing high-quality human resources for the socio -economic development of the province and regions nationwide.
