In case the beneficiary is elderly, lonely, sick or ill and unable to go to receive pension and social insurance benefits at the payment point; the post office will organize direct payment at the beneficiary's home.

When receiving pensions and social insurance benefits, beneficiaries need to provide their citizen identification cards to update their citizen identification data, use their chip-embedded citizen identification cards instead of health insurance cards when going to see a doctor or get medical treatment, and be supported to install the VssID application - Digital Social Insurance, to look up information about monthly pension and social insurance benefits.
