Unlike yesterday's series, early this morning (April 10), the two quarter-final matches of the Champions League 24/25 continued but there were no surprises, the stronger team won big. Barcelona beat Dortmund 4-0 and PSG beat Aston Villa 3-1.

Playing at home against a weaker opponent, Barca easily and quickly took control of the game. By the 25th minute, they had scored the opening goal. The match ended in the second half with 3 goals in favor of the home team. In the 48th minute, Yamal crossed the ball accurately to Raphinha's position. Then, the Brazilian player headed it to Lewandowski. In an unmarked position, the Polish striker easily scored against his former team.

In the 66th minute, Yamal passed the ball down to Fermin Lopez. Then, this player assisted Lewandowski to raise the score to 3-0 for the home team Barca.

In the 77th minute, Barca counterattacked quickly after Lewandowski stole the ball. Raphinha made a favorable pass for Yamal to put his name on the scoreboard.

With this big win, Barca's chance of reaching the semi-finals is almost 100%. It will be difficult for Dortmund to turn the situation around even though they will play at home in the second leg.

The remaining match between PSG and Aston Villa was a performance of great goals from the home team's strikers: Doué in the 39th minute, Kvaratskhelia in the 49th minute and Mendes in the 90'+2 extra time. Those were goals so beautiful that they left the audience in awe.

In the 35th minute, Aston Villa unexpectedly took the lead. Tielemans made a quality cross for Rogers to easily tap the ball into the net from close range. However, it only took PSG 4 minutes to equalize, young talent Desire Doué's beautiful curling shot left goalkeeper Martinez helpless.

Kvaratskhelia put PSG ahead with a perfect goal when he skillfully turned Disasi into a clown in the penalty area and then finished past world champion goalkeeper Martinez in the second half.

The final masterpiece came in the 90+2 minute, Dembele cleverly passed the ball to Mendes to enter the penalty area. The Portuguese defender calmly fooled Konsa and goalkeeper Martinez, sealing a 3-1 victory for PSG.

A match in which PSG showed superiority in tactics, individual skills and great goals from the stars of the rich Paris team.

Barca are almost through to the semi-finals, while PSG are also in a strong position for the second leg in England a week from now.
