95 years ago, under the chairmanship of leader Nguyen Ai Quoc, the Conference on the Unification of Communist Organizations decided to unify the Indochinese Communist Party, the Annam Communist Party and the Indochinese Communist Federation into a single party named the Communist Party of Vietnam. Since then, February 3, 1930 has been a historical milestone, marking a great turning point in the struggle for national liberation, opening a brilliant and glorious era - the Ho Chi Minh era.
Under the leadership of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh, the entire nation, as one, rose up to break the chains of slavery, used our own strength to liberate ourselves, gradually achieved great victories and achievements of historical and epochal significance, overthrew French colonialism and Japanese fascist rule, drove out American imperialism, preserved the integrity of the country's territory, and built and developed the country.
Throughout the revolutionary struggle, our Party, with its correct, creative leadership, relying on the people, closely attached to the people, has gathered the immense strength of the entire nation, overcome all dangers and hardships, and reached the shore of glory. In the cause of national renewal, the Party has always grasped the lesson of promoting the strength of great national unity, turning challenges into opportunities, creating great achievements of historical significance, which are the solid foundation for the country to firmly step on the path to socialism, building a society of the people, by the people and for the people.

2025 is a year of special significance, the final year to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, to hold Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress - the Congress marking the time when the country enters a new era, the era of national development. The entire Party, the entire people and the entire army are truly determined, with drastic solutions, to accelerate the successful implementation of the tasks of 2025 and of the entire 2021-2026 term, striving to complete and exceed the set development targets, especially the socio-economic development targets, creating strong changes for the following years; focusing on implementing solutions for rapid and sustainable development; ensuring social security, taking the best care of people's lives; maintaining national defense and security; improving the effectiveness of foreign affairs.
Ministries, branches, localities and units prepare and organize well the Party Congresses at all levels, improve the quality of Congress documents and personnel work; continue to urgently arrange and perfect the organization of the political system to be lean, compact, strong, efficient, effective and efficient. Continue to carry out well the work of building and rectifying a clean and strong Party; strengthen inspection and supervision work; promote self-criticism and criticism; resolutely prevent and combat corruption, waste, negativity, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation".
