After the glorious achievement with his team, he shared: "My goal from the day I took over the team was always to reach the final and become the champion. We have 11 months of preparation and hard training for this tournament. Mr. Roland affirmed: "When I return to Vietnam from Portugal, I am always ready to take on any position at Hanoi Club, including U.17, U.19, U.21 or even the first team. In addition, Coach Roland also participated in the 2024 National U.17 tournament.
