| The contest "Creative ideas, design of Spring Publications 2024" is not limited by age, gender, nationality but is open to all individuals and organizations who are Vietnamese and foreigners. |
It is known that the contest is not limited to participants in order to find unique and different design ideas expressing the image and message of the theme "Aspiration to develop with a prosperous Vietnam" and the cultural values of T&T Group.
According to the original rules, the contest had a deadline for receiving entries from October 25, 2023 to 24:00 on November 5, 2023. However, in order to create conditions for authors to respond to create, complete works, and produce quality contest products, the Organizing Committee (OC) decided to extend the deadline for receiving entries to 24:00 on November 15, 2023.
The contest is not limited by age, gender, or nationality, but is open to all individuals and organizations who are Vietnamese and foreigners (except members of the Jury and Organizing Committee). Authors can participate as individuals, groups or organizations, and there is no limit to the number of entries.
According to the Organizing Committee, the total prize value of the contest is up to 500 million VND, with the prize structure including: 1 First prize worth 250 million VND, 1 Second prize worth 150 million VND and 2 Third prizes, each worth 50 million VND.
The set of publications will include: 12-month desk calendar, 52-week block calendar, greeting cards (New Year, Lunar New Year) and lucky money envelopes. These will be gifts of gratitude, wishes for health, luck, prosperity sent to customers, partners and all officers and employees of the group. In particular, with the theme "T&T Group - Developing with a prosperous Vietnam", the entries promise to depict the proud development journey of T&T Group in the process of building the country and bringing good values to the community and society.
A valid application package includes: Registration form, topic description and idea presentation of no more than 500 words on an A4 page in the correct format (font: Times New Roman, size: 12), design file uploaded on Google Drive link, preliminary design of Spring 2024 publication ideas, and author/author group's portfolio.
For selected works, authors may be invited to present and defend before the Jury. In this case, the Organizing Committee will send a letter of notification about the time and documents to participate in the presentation (if required).
Authors can submit their entries in 2 ways: Submit online via Email: [email protected] in PDF format, no larger than 30 Mb, or send a printed copy of the entry to the Management and Brand Development Department - T&T Group, 8th floor, 31-33 Ngo Quyen, Hang Bai ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi.
