Nguyen Van Troi Primary School and Nguyen Du Secondary School won first prize in swimming at the Tam Ky City Student Sports Competition.

This year's tournament attracted hundreds of athletes from 15 primary schools and 13 secondary schools in the city to compete in 45 events.

At the end of the tournament, the organizing committee awarded 66 Gold medals, 66 Silver medals, and 132 Bronze medals for individuals.

Regarding the overall group award, in the primary school category, with 222 points, Nguyen Van Troi School won first prize; Tran Quoc Toan School (197 points, won second prize), Kim Dong School (175 points, won third prize) and Vo Thi Sau School (137 points, won consolation prize).

In the secondary school category, Nguyen Du Secondary School won the first prize with 343 points; Ly Tu Trong Secondary School won the second prize (291 points); Le Hong Phong Secondary School won the third prize (278 points); Chu Van An Secondary School won the consolation prize (243 points).

The Tam Ky City Student Sports Tournament for the 2024-2025 school year has taken place from February 10 to present with 5 competitions including: chess for boys and girls in primary and secondary schools; 5-a-side football for boys and girls in primary and secondary schools, 7-a-side football for boys and girls in secondary schools; volleyball for boys and girls; badminton for boys and girls; swimming for boys and girls. Swimming is the last competition, concluding the city sports tournament for this school year.
