The Tax Department of District 7 - Nha Be has just sent a document to the Business Registration Office, Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City regarding the incident related to AISVN school.

Accordingly, the Tax Department of District 7 - Nha Be said that AIS American International Education Joint Stock Company (investor of AISVN school) owes more than 100 billion VND in taxes. The tax authority has applied many coercive measures such as deducting bank accounts, stopping the use of invoices, and temporarily suspending the exit of the head but to no avail.

The Tax Department of District 7 - Nha Be proposed to revoke the business registration certificate of AIS American International Education Joint Stock Company.

Previously, AISVN was suspended for 12 months, starting July 1, due to failing to ensure teaching conditions. However, during the past time, despite being suspended, the school still had some activities to prepare for the new school year.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, affirmed that AISVN School does not meet the conditions for operation. The Department recommends that parents quickly transfer their children, regardless of financial difficulties or procedural problems, the public school system will still create all conditions to accept them.

Currently, according to reports from schools accepting students from AISVN and information on the online transfer page, more than 300 students have completed transfer applications.

According to information from the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, this afternoon (August 28), the Department will organize a session to guide transfer procedures for students of AISVN School . Specifically, elementary school students will be guided to transfer schools at Trang Tan Khuong Primary School (Nha Be District). For middle school and high school students, the session will take place at Long Thoi High School (Nha Be District). The Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City requests that AISVN School fully inform parents about the transfer instruction session organized by the department to ensure the rights of students.
