(NLDO) – Up to now, Da Nang Police is the unit with the largest number of department-level leaders applying for early retirement in the country.
On February 14, Da Nang City Police held a ceremony to announce retirement decisions for department-level leaders.
At the ceremony, Da Nang City Police announced the decision to retire early of 15 leaders of Da Nang City Police Departments according to Decree 177. Among them, there are 6 department heads and 9 deputy department heads.
Retirement decisions were awarded to 6 leaders who are Heads of Departments of Da Nang City Police.
The department heads include: Colonel Nguyen Duc Dung - Chief of Staff, Colonel Nguyen Van Hoa (born in 1966) - Head of Immigration Management Department, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Bay (born in 1966) - Chief Inspector, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Nho Chinh (born in 1966) - Head of Economic Security Department, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Cung (born in 1968) - Head of Criminal Technique Department, Colonel Phan Ngoc Truyen - Head of Traffic Police Department.
The deputy heads of departments include: Lieutenant Colonel Vo Xuan (born in 1966) - Deputy Head of the Economic Security Department, Lieutenant Colonel Vo Thanh Hai (born in 1968) - Deputy Chief Inspector, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Sinh (born in 1966) - Deputy Head of the Mobile Police Department, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huu Lai (born in 1965) - Deputy Chief of the Office of the Investigation Police Agency, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Canh (born in 1965) - Deputy Head of the Criminal Police Department.
Besides, there are also Colonel Le Hong Tu (born in 1965) - Deputy Head of the Department of Professional Records, Lieutenant Colonel Lam Khanh (born in 1968) - Deputy Head of the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Thanh Loc (born in 1968) - Deputy Head of the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order and Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Phuoc Tot (born in 1966) - Deputy Head of the Department of Criminal Techniques.
On behalf of the leaders who requested early retirement, Colonel Phan Ngoc Truyen, Head of the Traffic Police Department of Da Nang City Police, said: "In order to implement the Party and State's policy of the industry, 15 of us voluntarily submitted an application for early retirement to create conditions for the organization to be streamlined, strong, and effective."
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Director of Da Nang City Police Major General Vu Xuan Vien acknowledged and honored the dedication to the industry of the 15 above-mentioned leaders and commanders.
"Many of the above comrades have more than 3 years of work left, many years before retirement age. However, with a high sense of responsibility to create conditions for restructuring the apparatus, especially from 1-3, there will be no district-level police organization, the comrades have taken the lead in asking for early retirement.
This is worth noting and honoring. Currently, Da Nang is one of the 10 provinces and cities that announced the earliest decisions, and to date, Da Nang is the locality with the largest number of department-level leaders retiring before the retirement age in the country," said Major General Vien.
