Horse racing track in Lam Dong forced to be dismantled due to misuse of 6,400 m2 of land

On October 5, the People's Committee of Da Huoai district has just issued a decision to administratively fine Thien Ma - Madagui Horse Racing Joint Stock Company in village 4, Da Oai commune, owned by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc My, VND 80 million for land violations.

Accordingly, Thien Ma - Madagui Company was fined for arbitrarily converting over 6,400 square meters of agricultural land to other purposes in violation of regulations. With the above area, this enterprise built many items and horse racing track structures, such as brick walls, cement floors, steel frames, corrugated iron roofs, and fences at 16 locations.

In addition to being fined, Thien Ma - Madagui Company must also restore the land to its original condition. This includes demolishing and relocating the constructions that were built within an area of ​​more than 6,400 square meters of illegally converted agricultural land.
