Nearly 1,000 teachers and students of Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism burst into joy when the school's football team won 2-1 against the Lao University team in the final match of the 2025 International Youth Student Football Tournament - THACO Cup taking place this afternoon.

Although they could not come to the stadium to cheer in person, the teachers and students of Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism knew how to support the team. They gathered at the school to watch the live broadcast, enthusiastically enjoying every moment, especially when the team scored a goal.

And the result has come when in a short time, the Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism team won the Vietnam Youth Student Football Championship , and today is the championship of the 2025 International Youth Student Football Championship - THACO Cup.

Talking to Thanh Nien reporters after the final match, Dr. Vu Van Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Council of Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism, on behalf of the school, expressed his thanks to the Organizing Committee of the two tournaments, to Thanh Nien Newspaper, THACO Group and accompanying units for bringing to fans, especially the student football teams of the schools, a very meaningful and successful tournament.

"After the last two tournaments, we found that the tournaments were successful in terms of both expertise and communication, and true to the meaning of the tournament: beautiful football - beautiful cheering - beautiful victory. A great tournament for university students across the country, so that we can both practice our health and comprehensively develop the next generations of Vietnamese youth," said Dr. Vu Van Tuyen.

Sharing about the future, Dr. Vu Van Tuyen said that the football team of Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism will "not rest on its laurels", but the school will soon have a plan to prepare for the next season to organize training and select players.
