From April 18 to 24, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (HUIT) organized the first graduation ceremony in 2025 for 4,438 new engineers, new bachelors and 41 new masters.

Master Pham Thai Son, Director of the Admissions and Communications Center - Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, said that among the graduating students this time, there were 127 students graduating with honors, 858 students graduating with good grades, and 2,914 students graduating with good grades.
At the ceremony, the school honored 28 valedictorians of various majors, including the first time ever that the school had a student graduating from university with a near-perfect score - GPA 3.97/4. To recognize the efforts of the students, the school spent nearly 2.2 billion VND to reward new engineers and new bachelors who graduated with honors and distinctions in the first batch of 2025.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hoan, Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, congratulated the new graduates and engineers on completing an important milestone in their lives and expressed his hope that they will continue to promote the knowledge they have learned and the ethical values they have cultivated at school to contribute to building an increasingly better society.
