The class of 20 students, who are officers of units under ministries and leaders of provincial departments, were summoned by the Steering Committee for the implementation of Conclusion 39 to attend a Khmer language training course in Tra Vinh, taking place from April 10 to August 9, organized and evaluated by Tra Vinh University.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Tran Trung Vinh, Deputy Director of the Department of Training and Development of Cadres - Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front congratulated 20 students selected to attend the Khmer language training course in Tra Vinh.
Mr. Tran Trung Vinh said that this is the first Khmer language training course organized since the Politburo's Conclusion No. 39 was issued, continuing to implement the policy of building a team of cadres at all levels. The training course is organized to study in the country for 4 months, then study for another 4 months abroad to practice and improve foreign language skills in practice.
Tra Vinh University is one of the Vietnamese universities that the Steering Committee has implemented Conclusion No. 39 to train Khmer language for staff.
Mr. Tran Trung Vinh requested that the trainees strictly comply with the Party and State regulations for cadres sent to study, comply with classroom management regulations and complete the course well as prescribed.

Through that, this training course contributes to the good implementation of the Party's policy on building a team of cadres at all levels, especially leaders and managers with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige, equal to the tasks; building a team of cadres at all levels with professionalism and high quality, meeting the requirements of innovation and international integration.

According to Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, since 2009, Tra Vinh University has implemented Khmer language training and coordinated with many units inside and outside the province to organize many Khmer language training courses for cadres, civil servants, public employees and security and defense forces...
With these advantages, combined with the cultural and linguistic environment of the Khmer people in Tra Vinh, the training of Khmer language proficiency in this training course will be very favorable. Representing all the students of the class, Class President Huynh Van Tai, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hong Ngu district, Dong Thap province, promised to unite with the class, strictly implement the regulations of the Party and State for cadres sent to study, comply with the class management regulations, and complete the course well according to regulations, effectively apply the learned knowledge to the practical work process at the unit.
