Many new prominent majors will start enrolling from 2025

With the goal of providing society with high-quality human resources, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) continuously researches, proposes, and organizes training in new majors to meet the needs of the vibrant and potential labor market in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province.

This year, Khanh Hoa Branch officially enrolls 13 undergraduate majors, including 4 new potential majors: Labor Protection, Labor Relations (major in Organizational Behavior), Construction Management and Sports Management (major in Sports Business and Event Organization).

Construction Management provides in-depth knowledge of project management, bidding, construction organization and construction inspection, meeting the human resource needs of the current construction industry.

The Sports Management major (major in Sports Business and Event Organization) equips management and business skills in the sports field, meeting the strong development of the entertainment - sports industry.

The Labor Protection Industry trains experts in labor safety and hygiene, capable of consulting, designing and implementing solutions to protect workers, prevent work accidents and occupational diseases, contributing to building a safe and sustainable working environment.

In particular, the Labor Relations major (major in Organizational Behavior) is one of the new majors that has been trained in recent years to anticipate the development trend and social needs for labor resources; this is a major that applies knowledge and skills in Labor Law, principles of labor relations, collective bargaining, labor contracts and labor agreements to ensure the interests of businesses and employees in labor relations, develop good labor relations and avoid conflicts in labor relations.

The new majors at Khanh Hoa Branch are all built according to international standards, combining theory and practice, ensuring that students can effectively apply their knowledge to work. At the same time, students are led by leading experts in the field, with many research works recognized in international journals and conferences.

Dr. Pham Hai Chien - Head of Construction Management Department at Khanh Hoa Branch said that the Construction Management major is designed to suit practical requirements, ensuring that graduates can work immediately in businesses after graduation. In addition, with the strong development of smart technology applications, the training program is constantly updated, allowing learners to flexibly choose subjects suitable to the actual situation.

Reasonable tuition fees, diverse scholarships to support students

TDTU is a public university but is fully financially autonomous. At Khanh Hoa Branch, the tuition fee for the 2025-2026 school year is 20.5 million VND/year for economic and social majors and 24 million VND/year for technical majors. According to the school representative, this tuition fee is set with the desire that all students from all walks of life can access the school's quality of education with modern facilities, high-quality teaching staff, textbooks, teaching methods and training programs that are inspected and recognized according to international standards.

In addition to reasonable tuition fees, in order to encourage the spirit of learning and nurture talents, in 2025, TDTU will allocate more than 80 billion VND to provide scholarships to students. Notably, 100% of students enrolling at Khanh Hoa Branch in 2025 will be considered for scholarships according to TDTU's policy.
