On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory on May 7 (1954 - 2024), this morning, April 23, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Ho Dai Nam visited and presented gifts to the families of soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline laborers who participated in the fight and served in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign and are currently living in Quang Tri town, including: Mr. Le Van Hoang, in Quarter 5, Ward 3; Mr. Ngo Hong Lam and Mr. Phan Van Do, in Quarter 3, An Don Ward.

Visiting the families, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Ho Dai Nam kindly inquired, encouraged, and expressed deep gratitude for the great contributions and merits of the soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline laborers who directly participated in the battle and served in the battle, contributing with the whole country to the Dien Bien Phu Victory.
