(Haiphong.gov.vn) - Preparing for the regular meeting at the end of 2024 of the 16th City People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, on the evening of November 17, comrade Le Trung Kien, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, met with voters residing in Niem Nghia ward, Le Chan district.

At the meeting, voters were informed about the time and content of the Session; reported on the results of implementing the city's socio-economic development tasks in 2024, tasks and solutions in 2025; and Projects at the regular session at the end of 2024.

Voters of Niem Nghia ward highly appreciated the activities of the City People's Council for the 2021-2026 term, including the timely issuance of many Resolutions to serve the city's socio-economic development and meet people's expectations.

Voters specifically proposed a number of local issues, requesting that the City People's Council delegates consider and send their opinions to the City People's Committee to direct competent authorities to respond and resolve, such as: The progress of investment in the construction of parks, flower gardens, and trees in Le Chan district and the entire city is currently slow; the Sat Market Commercial Center Complex project has been started for a long time but has not been implemented; the disbursement of public investment capital is still slow... Voters of Niem Nghia ward also proposed issues related to the post-merger of administrative units such as: Policies and regimes for cadres and civil servants; plans for handling public assets of wards after the merger...
