Head of the Mass Mobilization Committee and 14 district officials in Quang Binh asked for early retirement

(NLDO) - Minh Hoa district, Quang Binh province recorded 15 officials applying for early retirement to create conditions for personnel rearrangement, including many management leaders.

On the afternoon of February 7, Mr. Cao Thanh Hai - Head of the Organization Board of Minh Hoa District Party Committee, Quang Binh Province - said that in an effort to streamline the administrative apparatus, 15 officials and civil servants of this district have registered to retire early to facilitate the process of rearranging and reorganizing the local political system.

Up to now, Minh Hoa district has received resignation applications from 15 officials and civil servants according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government. This Decree stipulates policies and regimes for officials, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in the process of restructuring the apparatus.

According to the list, among the 15 people who registered to retire, there are 8 officials from the Party and mass organizations and 7 from the government, with remaining working time from 2 to less than 10 years.

Notably, many people are holding important positions such as: Mr. Nguyen Canh Tuan, Standing Committee Member - Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; Mr. Dinh Thanh Bang - Head of the Internal Affairs Department; Mr. Cao Ngoc Dien - Head of the Ethnic Affairs Department; Mr. Dinh Thanh Xuan - Director of the Protective Forest Management Board; Mr. Cao Van Dung - Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department; Ms. Dinh Thi Minh Thu - Deputy Head of the Minh Hoa District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee...

The fact that these officials proactively asked to retire early not only contributed to creating favorable conditions for the process of streamlining the apparatus, but also made it easier for Minh Hoa district to arrange personnel suitable to the requirements of innovation.

Currently, Minh Hoa district is continuing to review and update the list of cadres who wish to retire early and provide guidance on implementing policies and regimes according to the provisions of Decree 178/2024/ND-CP.
