According to Dong Nai Department of Construction, up to now, the project area has basically completed the conditions and procedures for opening for sale. All 422 houses have been started construction in accordance with regulations, in accordance with the detailed planning 1/500 of the project approved by the Provincial People's Committee; in accordance with the general planning of Bien Hoa City which was locally adjusted in 2019.

A representative of Novaland Group added that it is expected that in the first quarter of 2025, the adjustment of the C4 subdivision planning will be completed, from which it is expected that in July 2025, Aqua City will complete the detailed 1/500 planning and sales licenses for subdivisions in accordance with the new planning.

It is expected that in 2025 , Aqua City will continue to deliver 1,500 products to customers.

Currently, the competent authority has created conditions for the Aqua City project to continue to invest in construction and business for construction items in accordance with the planning.

This new planning will be the legal foundation to help the Aqua City mega project speed up progress, complete, and become a strategic satellite urban area in the East of Ho Chi Minh City.

Along with positive legal progress, banks have disbursed credit packages of up to VND 3,250 billion to implement the construction of subdivisions in Aqua City.

At the same time, a number of financial institutions committed to providing additional loan packages with a total value of over VND 10,000 billion for Novaland to continue implementing infrastructure, constructing and handing over houses to customers in 2025 - 2026.

Aqua City is simultaneously implementing the completion of infrastructure, utilities and housing projects in many subdivisions such as River Park 2, Sun Harbor 2, Ever Green...

Up to now, Aqua City has handed over more than 800 townhouses and villas to customers and is still continuously welcoming residents to receive their houses and complete the interior to settle down. It is expected that Aqua City will continue to hand over about 1,500 products to customers in 2025.
