Central Committee of Vietnam Women's Union visits cooperatives in Dong Phu

The delegation visited 2 locations of Dong Tam biological agricultural production, high-tech, trade and service cooperatives, which are implementing processes to directly process household pig manure without going through biogas tanks into organic fertilizer materials.

The delegation directly visited 2 locations where Dong Tam Cooperative of Biological Agricultural Production, High Technology, Trade and Service is implementing the processes of the project of directly treating pig manure waste from households without going through biogas pits into organic fertilizer materials for organic agriculture. The process is carried out with the following steps: Treating and composting pig manure waste; producing earthworms and producing and processing worm protein. This is a project that won the Special Prize in the Southern region and won the First Prize in the national final of the "Women's Creative Startup and Green Transformation" contest organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union in 2024.

The delegation visited Dong Tam Cooperative for biological agricultural production, high technology, trade and services.

Here, experts and members of the working group discussed with Director of the Cooperative Nguyen Thi Linh to clarify some contents and results as well as propose solutions to improve the quality of the cooperative.
