Over the past 45 years, from a defense enterprise with outdated machinery and equipment, Joint Stock Company 32 has developed into a strong enterprise with advanced and modern equipment and technology, producing many types of goods, of which leather shoes are among the top products in the country, serving defense, people's lives and exporting to more than 20 countries. In 2024 alone, the company achieved a total revenue of more than 749 billion VND, pre-tax profit of more than 45 billion VND, and average income per capita of nearly 13 million VND/person/month.

The company has always ensured adequate and timely military uniforms for the forces and tasks assigned by superiors. From 2010 to present, the company has always maintained an annual growth rate of 7% or more.

In his speech, Lieutenant General Do Van Thien, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, acknowledged and commended the outstanding achievements of Joint Stock Company 32 in the past time, serving the Army's activities well and effectively performing economic tasks. In response to new development requirements, Lieutenant General Do Van Thien requested the company to seriously, closely and effectively implement the company's development strategy for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030, creating a breakthrough in production and business, maintaining the company's brand.

The company needs to continue to improve labor productivity, quality, and product competitiveness, research to create new, key products, and develop investment plans with a focus and key points, and production towards green growth. Along with that, research to apply advanced management technology, increase automation, and digitalization to meet the requirements of modern factory standards.
