On the morning of May 25, Vo Hong Son Center for Children with Disabilities (Cho Chua Town, Nghia Hanh District, Quang Ngai ) held a summary meeting of the 2023-2024 school year.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Director of Vo Hong Son Center for Children with Disabilities, in the 2023-2024 school year, the center will provide free education for 124 disabled students, of which 37 will learn both literacy and vocational skills. This school year, the center will send 8 students to its second facility in Ho Chi Minh City to train in occupations such as applied arts, advanced sewing, cultural studies, gold and silver crafting, and precious stones.

In the 2023-2024 school year, children at Vo Hong Son Center for Children with Disabilities will be able to make 1,236 symbols on pillows, towels, sheets, elastic bands, backpacks of all kinds, children's and adult items, large and small embroidered pictures...

Vo Hong Son Center for Children with Disabilities is a non-public social protection facility in Quang Ngai founded and run by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, former member of the Party Central Committee and former Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, since 2014. For the past 9 years, the center has maintained free education for children with disabilities. Here, the children learn both literacy and vocational skills.

Currently, the Vo Hong Son Center for the Care of Disabled Children is licensed by the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City to operate a second facility in Trung An Commune, Cu Chi District (Ho Chi Minh City) to receive, manage and care for disabled people transferred from the main facility in Quang Ngai to Ho Chi Minh City for vocational training and advanced cultural studies.
