Term 2020 - 2025, The Party Committee of the Naval Region 3 Military Technical Training Center always thoroughly grasps and seriously implements resolutions and directives from higher levels. Actively, proactively, unitedly, overcoming difficulties, comprehensively and effectively implementing all aspects of work; successfully completing the task of training and educating technical and professional staff. The quality, qualifications, and organizational and command capabilities of the staff have been improved; the leadership capacity and fighting strength in the Party Committee have changed positively, leading the unit to successfully complete assigned tasks.

With the achievements, for many consecutive years, the unit has successfully completed assigned tasks; two years have achieved the title of Determined to Win Unit (2020, 2024).

Speaking at the congress, Colonel Pham Quang Vinh, Deputy Commander of Naval Region 3 acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Party Committee of the Naval Region 3 Military Technical Training Center during the past term. The Deputy Commander of Naval Region 3 requested the unit to thoroughly grasp the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels; develop thematic leadership resolutions for each year in line with the requirements of the unit's tasks and practices; proactively train and improve the qualifications of the team of training officers, teachers, and teaching assistants; prepare well the lesson plans, teaching aids, and materials; focus on innovating and improving the quality of training and training of professional technical staff in line with the weapons, technical equipment, and requirements and tasks in the new situation.
