According to Xinhua News Agency, speaking at Noi Bai International Airport after arriving in Hanoi, Prime Minister Li Qiang said that in recent years, under the strategic guidance of the two countries' senior leaders, China-Vietnam relations have developed steadily. Since the beginning of this year, Vietnam and China have maintained close high-level exchanges and achieved many good cooperation results in many fields. The building of a community of shared future between the two countries has had a good start. During the talks between General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping and General Secretary and President To Lam last August during Comrade To Lam's State visit to China, the two leaders outlined a strategy to comprehensively promote the building of the Vietnam-China Community of Shared Future in the new situation, and at the same time provided a clearer direction for the development of bilateral relations. Prime Minister Li Qiang affirmed that China always considers Vietnam a priority in its neighborly diplomacy; is willing to work with Vietnam to promote traditional friendship, strengthen strategic exchanges, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, consolidate the foundation of friendship between the two peoples, and promote the building of the community of shared future between China and Vietnam to continue to be substantive, bringing many practical benefits to the people of the two countries, contributing to peace, stability and prosperous development of the region and the world.

Meanwhile, according to the People's Daily, speaking at the meeting with General Secretary and President To Lam, Prime Minister Li Qiang emphasized that China is willing to cooperate with Vietnam to implement the important common understanding reached by the senior leaders of the two Parties and countries, maintain traditional friendship, increase high-level contacts, enhance strategic exchanges, solidarity and close cooperation, and persistently and vigorously promote the building of a China-Vietnam community of shared future of strategic significance. Prime Minister Li Qiang affirmed that China is willing to work with Vietnam to promote cooperation in many fields with higher quality and level, consolidate the "6 more" development situation; and hopes that the two sides will jointly promote "hard connections" of railways, highways, border gate infrastructure and "soft connections" such as smart customs, etc., to firmly support the improvement of trade and investment facilitation, and maintain stability and smoothness of the supply chain. China is willing to cooperate with Vietnam to continue expanding economic and trade cooperation, actively research and build pilot cross-border economic cooperation zones, expand cooperation in emerging fields such as information technology, new energy, digital economy, important minerals as well as enhance people-to-people exchanges, etc.
