Prime Minister Li Qiang affirmed that China is willing to work with Vietnam to promote cooperation in many fields with higher quality and level, consolidate the "6 more" development situation; and hopes that the two sides will jointly promote "hard connections" of railways, highways, border gate infrastructure and "soft connections" such as smart customs, etc., to firmly support the improvement of trade and investment facilitation, and maintain stability and smoothness of the supply chain.
