In a democratic, open and frank atmosphere, participating in the discussion, many young officers focused on analyzing and clarifying issues that impact and influence the thoughts, feelings, will, aspirations, motivations and ability to contribute of young officers.

Opinions in the discussion also pointed out that young officers are the core force in the work at the grassroots units but sometimes they have not clearly demonstrated their mettle and vision. They are often under a lot of pressure, especially pressure from the nature of their profession, often working away from home and family, with little time to take care of their relatives. In the context of sharp increases in consumer goods prices, the income of young officers is currently low, not meeting the minimum needs compared to the general level of society.

During the discussion, many opinions also affirmed that the trend of overcoming difficulties and striving to complete tasks among young officers to contribute is still the main one. Since then, many comrades have taken measures to help each other overcome difficulties, rise up to master themselves against the negative impacts of the market economy to contribute more, to nurture aspirations and demonstrate loyalty to the Party, to the Fatherland, to the people, to be ready to fight, ready to sacrifice for the goal of national independence and socialism.

In his concluding remarks at the seminar, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Kim Trong, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Regiment, emphasized that the young cadres and officers are a large, pioneering force, playing an important role in carrying out the tasks of the Regiment in all aspects of work. In order for young cadres and officers to continue to contribute, develop and mature, in the coming time, he directed the Party Committees and commanders of agencies and units to pay more attention to, closely and comprehensively grasp the thoughts, feelings and ideas of young officers. It is necessary to actively create all favorable conditions for young cadres and officers to strive, complete their tasks and mature, and not let discouragement or discouragement occur. In addition, each young cadre and officer must truly understand the impact of society, especially actively cultivating their will, belief, and vigilance against the incitement of bad guys and hostile forces. Young officers need to be pioneers, proactive, creative and constantly cultivate love for the Fatherland and the spirit of victory; nurture the desire to contribute and consider it a way of life. Overcome all difficulties and challenges, regularly cultivate, study, research and practice; be active, dedicated, responsible and passionate about work, attached to the unit, become cadres with sufficient qualities and abilities, both "red" and "professional", meeting the requirements and tasks of building and defending the Fatherland in the new situation.
