Deported 2 Chinese people who entered Ninh Thuan illegally

Previously, Ninh Thuan Provincial Police discovered two Chinese people illegally entering Phuoc My Ward, Phan Rang - Thap Cham City, so they invited them to the agency for clarification. These two people admitted to illegal entry.

The Immigration Department has advised the Director of Ninh Thuan Provincial Police to issue a decision to administratively sanction these two Chinese people for the act of "crossing the national border (China - Vietnam) without completing exit and entry procedures according to the provisions of law", stipulated in Decree 144/2021/ND-CP, dated December 31, 2021 of the Government. The fine is 4 million VND, the additional penalty is deportation from Vietnam.

On January 13, Ninh Thuan Provincial Police established a working group and coordinated with functional units to deport the two Chinese people mentioned above at Cam Ranh International Airport according to regulations.
