The general goal of the project in 2025 is to basically complete the construction of a digital government model in the province, ensuring unity and synchronization of digital infrastructure, digital platforms, digital applications and information safety and security to serve 3 groups of utilities: Management and provision of public services, digital services; management and provision of essential services, services of the province's strengths; management and administration of governments at all levels.

Specifically, in the group of utilities serving management and providing public services and digital services, 100% of administrative procedures, information, goods and products are provided and implemented in the digital environment; the group of utilities serving management and providing essential services, services of the province's strengths such as healthcare and education, 100% of medical examination and treatment facilities use VneID electronic health books, deploy smart healthcare kiosks, 100% of public educational institutions use school management systems...; the group of utilities serving management and administration of authorities at all levels must also have 100% of direction, operation, basic data... activities performed on information technology application platforms.

The Provincial People's Committee also specified 8 groups of tasks and general solutions for agencies, units and localities to implement; along with 8 groups of tasks and solutions for each sector and field.
