On the afternoon of March 15th, in the Truong Dinh street area (Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi ), a driver of a pickup truck failed to comply with police orders and, while fleeing, collided with several vehicles on the road.

Specifically, at approximately 2:10 PM, a task force from the Truong Dinh Ward Police (Hai Ba Trung District) spotted a pickup truck with license plate 29C-856.XX violating the "No Parking" rule in front of 93 Truong Dinh Street and proceeded to inspect it.

During the operation, the pickup truck driver was identified as LTD (born in 1987, residing in Ý Yên district, Nam Định province). The driver failed to present the required documents and attempted to have the violation overlooked, but the task force refused.

The man then got into his car, started the engine, and drove straight into the police patrol car before fleeing onto Nguyen Xien Street (towards Khuat Duy Tien Street).

While fleeing, the pickup truck collided with a motorbike with license plate 34S1-223.XX driven by Mr. NSH (born in 2002).

Subsequently, the police of Truong Dinh ward, along with local residents, managed to stop the pickup truck with license plate 29C-856.XX on the elevated section of Ring Road 3.

Before being impounded, the pickup truck also collided with a truck with license plate 29H-773.XX, causing damage to both vehicles at lamppost 49/BD 2-2.

Upon receiving the report, Traffic Police Team No. 14 (Hanoi Traffic Police Department) dispatched officers to the scene to coordinate with the Hai Ba Trung District Police in handling the incident.

Alcohol test shows that LTD driver is not in violation. This driver is being tested for drugs.
