Meanwhile, from tonight, the sea area from Quang Tri to Ca Mau will experience northeasterly winds of force 6, sometimes force 7, gusting to force 8-9. The sea will be rough; waves will be 3-5 meters high.

All vessels operating in these areas are at high risk of being affected by cyclones, strong winds, and high waves.
