Submit to the National Assembly for consideration the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting, Rescue and Relief at the 7th Session

On April 19, Secretary General of the National Assembly Bui Van Cuong announced Resolution No. 45/2024/UBTVQH15 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly adjusting the Law and Ordinance Development Program for 2024.

The Resolution was decided by National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, added to the 2024 Law and Ordinance Development Program, submitted to the National Assembly for comments and approval at the 7th Session (May 2024) according to the process at one session and according to the order and procedures of shortening the drafts: Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No. 119/2020/QH14 of the National Assembly on piloting the organization of an urban government model and a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang City (the National Assembly will consider and decide on the official name of the draft Resolution); Resolution on piloting the addition of a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province.

Add to the 2024 Law and Ordinance Development Program, submit to the National Assembly for comments at the 7th Session and approve at the 8th Session (October 2024) the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Law Project.

Adjust from the Program for comments at the 7th Session and approval at the 8th Session to the Program for comments at the 8th Session and approval at the 9th Session (May 2025) for the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations.
