Complete and submit to the National Assembly the draft Law on Cadres and Civil Servants (amended)

The Resolution stated that the Government unanimously approved the draft Law on Cadres and Civil Servants (amended) submitted by the Ministry of Home Affairs in Submission No. 1215/TTr-BNV dated April 10, 2025.

The Government assigns the Minister of Home Affairs to be responsible for receiving comments from Government members, completing the draft Law on Cadres and Civil Servants (amended); authorized by the Prime Minister, on behalf of the Government, to sign the Government's Submission on the draft Law and related documents to submit to the National Assembly as prescribed.

The Minister of Home Affairs shall closely coordinate with the agencies of the National Assembly; proactively report and explain during the examination process, receive opinions from the National Assembly Standing Committee and the National Assembly on the draft Law in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents and be responsible for the content of the report./.
