Exhibition of 50 years of achievements in Hai Duong literature and arts

The exhibition introduces to viewers 150 works of fine arts, photography, architecture; 72 typical literature and art books published by the Hai Duong Literature and Arts Association and typical works of authors who have won awards at all levels, ministries and branches from central to local.

Over the past 50 years, along with Vietnamese literature and arts, Hai Duong literature and arts have kept pace, encouraged and accompanied the country's innovation and development, contributing to the completion of the political task of building an increasingly prosperous homeland, achieving many important achievements.

The exhibition is also a place for artists and art lovers to exchange, share and discuss the value of literature and art in the new era. At the same time, it encourages artists to continue to create and contribute to bring valuable works.

Speaking at the exhibition, Ms. Truong Thi Thuong Huyen, President of the Hai Duong Literature and Arts Association, affirmed that after the victory of April 30, 1975, the reunification of the country, literature and arts continued to closely follow life with many major themes depicted such as: healing the wounds of war, building the country, changes in the path of integration and development. The creative force also had many changes, from soldiers who stepped out of the war to young people born after 1975. The breath of life was portrayed in the works, especially after 1978, when the Hai Duong Literature and Arts Association was established. The works displayed at the exhibition will be the driving force to encourage and promote more literary and artistic creations of new stature about the land and people of Hai Duong in the flow of integration and development.

The exhibition takes place from April 15 to 21 at Hai Duong Provincial Exhibition House.
