On September 4, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC - District 7, Ho Chi Minh City), the 9th exhibition on technology, equipment and solutions for power transmission and distribution in Vietnam - Electric & Power Vietnam 2024 and the 16th international exhibition on HVAC technology, refrigeration systems and smart buildings in Vietnam - HVACR Vietnam 2024 officially opened.
The exhibition series brings together more than 350 leading domestic and international brands from India, Taiwan (China), Germany, Korea, USA, China, etc. to participate in the exhibition.
At the event, leading brands will introduce to visitors the most advanced and modern equipment, services and technologies in the electricity and energy industry, smart grid, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration systems in Vietnam.

According to the organizers, the energy transition trend is taking place strongly in Vietnam in particular and countries in the region in general.
Recognizing this trend, Electric & Power Vietnam 2024 will focus on introducing the latest information and technology on green energy such as measurement, testing and monitoring solutions for the electricity industry, automation solutions, electric vehicles or environmental services.
Along with the power industry exhibition, HVACR Vietnam 2024 focuses on advanced solutions to improve energy efficiency in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. New technologies introduced at the event will help save energy, reduce environmental impact and contribute to the sustainable development goals of Vietnam's industry.
Ms. Nguyen Van Nga - Deputy Chief of Office of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Chief Representative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Office in the South - emphasized that the combination of two leading, long-standing international exhibitions is an opportunity for researchers, engineers and stakeholders to discuss and cooperate towards a more sustainable future.
"Advanced technologies and breakthrough solutions at the exhibition series will be the key to helping us get closer to the goal of sustainable development, finding smart solutions that both meet current needs and protect the environment for future generations," Ms. Nga affirmed.
Along with the exhibition, there will be B2B business connection programs between businesses. On the sidelines of the exhibition, there will also be international seminars from leading experts on green transformation and sustainable development such as "The future of Vietnam's energy industry", "Green solutions in air conditioning to improve energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions"...
Covering an area of 8,800 square meters, the event is expected to attract more than 7,000 visitors. The exhibition will be open to visitors from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. from now until September 6.
